Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the StratiSilo website or plugin. By accessing stratisilo.com or installing the StratiSilo plugin, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using StratiSilo in any form — including the free plugin, Pro license, or this website — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. The Plugin

Free version
The StratiSilo free plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later. You may use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license. The free version is available on WordPress.org.

Pro version
The StratiSilo Pro license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Pro plugin on the number of websites specified in your license tier (single site or agency). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Pro plugin as a standalone product.

License tiers

  • Pro Single Site: one production website
  • Pro Agency: up to 25 websites
  • Lifetime: single site, all future updates included

A “website” means a single WordPress installation accessible at one domain or subdomain.

  1. Payments and Billing

All Pro licenses are billed annually unless you purchase a Lifetime license. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Your license will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

  1. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro license purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@stratisilo.com and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible.

Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after 30 days.

  1. Updates and Support

Pro license holders receive:

  • Automatic plugin updates for the duration of their active license
  • Priority email support with responses within 2 business days

Free plugin users receive community support through the WordPress.org support forum. We aim to respond to forum posts but cannot guarantee a specific response time.

When a Pro license expires, the plugin will continue to function but will no longer receive updates or support. We strongly recommend renewing to maintain compatibility with future WordPress and WooCommerce versions.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use StratiSilo or stratisilo.com to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Pro plugin without written permission
  • Use the plugin in a way that violates WordPress.org guidelines or WooCommerce’s terms
  1. Intellectual Property

The StratiSilo name, logo, website design, and Pro plugin code are the intellectual property of StratiSilo. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without written permission, except to accurately describe the plugin in editorial contexts.

The free plugin code is licensed under GPLv2 as described in Section 2.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

StratiSilo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The plugin will be compatible with every WordPress theme or plugin
  • Use of the plugin will improve your search engine rankings

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including your content quality, competition, and search engine algorithm changes. We make no guarantees about specific SEO outcomes.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratiSilo and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the plugin or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of StratiSilo shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StratiSilo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the plugin, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify Pro license holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the plugin or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StratiSilo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StratiSilo regarding your use of the plugin and website.
